Describe the Bug

We discovered that masks are sometimes placed outdide of the image in 3D reconstruction.
Testing with viewer.ohif.org

Steps to Reproduce

  1. https://viewer.ohif.org/segmentation?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.7310.5101.860473186348887719777907797922
  2. Add segmentation
  3. Switch to 3D rendering view
  4. Note the mask is visible outside of the plane of the image

The current behavior

The 3d rendered mask is placed incorrectly

The expected behavior

Should be placed in proper place inside of the 3d image
