Windows 10 LTSC has no OneDrive installed. So the check in Update-OSMedia.ps1 row 1013 will fail

@OSDeploy any idea when the next release will be ready? We'll need LTSC 2021 soon due to Dell dropping driver support for LTSC 2019 (W10 1809) on new models.
