Describe the bug
d.redraw script doesn't redraw d.rast.leg.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

In the NC sample dataset,

d.mon wx0
g.region rast=elevation
d.rast.leg elevation
d.redraw # only draws legend

Expected behavior
d.redraw redraws d.rast.leg.

System description (please complete the following information):

  • Operating System: Linux
  • GRASS GIS version: main

Additional context
The new d.redraw in #3484 works fine.
