Extend user details page w/ issue/release data

As issue/release index has become available we can use the data to show recent issues and releases created by a user.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show 2 new blocks -- issues and releases -- on user details page. Both datasets can be fetched from index by idx_author_key fields (will be available soon).

Hold on guys, I need to rework users index to minimize algolia API calls.
As it's described currently I'd say it's a good first issue.
