Error 13007 has an additional undocumented cause

I've been banging my head against a 13007 error for days now, and it turns out there was an additional step in Entra that's not documented in the developer guide for SSO (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/develop/register-sso-add-in-aad-v2)

You need to also go to Enterprise Applications, find the application there, and toggle "Enabled for users to sign-in?" to Yes.

That really should be mentioned as a potential source for error 13007.
