How to create a pregnancy population in PK-Sim?

If I do the following steps:

• Create a pregnant individual
  

• Create a population based on this individual:

No distributions are created for the pregnancy-specific organs:

I could add "User Defined Variability" on the organs (this step is not described!), but where do I get the distribution from?

I have the same issue working with a postpartum population when I work in PK-Sim V11.

When I created a postpartum population in V9.1 I did not have this issue, and the distributions for the postpartum compartments were automatically generated.
