We should officially deprecate node 18 in early 2025, with six months notice

Users on the deprecated version should get a console warning when using CLI or Worker

After six months, we should put out a major release with engines.node to support only node 20 or 22 as a minimum.

The CLI Get Started page says that we support node 18 - and that's correct - but that's a place where we need to update docs
