[Bug] Drone fails to hover in Hold mode after executing MAV_CMD_DO_REPOSITION #24313

Describe the bug

In hold mode, after executing MAV_CMD_DO_REPOSITION, the UAV deviated from its holding position and moved towards a new target point upon while still displaying as being in Hold mode. It is a violation of the Hold mode policy.
