Clicking through to https://visionrecordings.nl/releases/manifest, the extension incorrectly attempted to load it as a playlist manifest. Obviously that will never work, and there's no way to stop the behaviour except disable the extension. (URL shown: chrome-extension://cjfbmleiaobegagekpmlhmaadepdeedn/index.html#https://visionrecordings.nl/releases/manifest)

Could detection of manifest files perhaps be a little more intelligent, instead of just matching a URL, and perhaps add a button to the extension GUI for "load as web page" instead of only redirecting to the extension?
