I apologize for the lateness of my issues. Perhaps they can be useful for the final submission at this point.

calc fitness(fit form, sum energy, coef energy, sum rmsd, coef rmsd):
Shouldn't there be a transition instead of None, based off what the Exported Access Programs table shows?
