Attach Orphaned Threads when Assistant is Deleted #52

When an assistant is deleted, all threads with that assistant_id are essentially orphaned without an assistant. This is a scenario I hadn't thought about until I saw this merged PR for opengpts: langchain-ai/opengpts#328
