Bug: Team Activity Notifications - "Mark all as read" button not working

Bug Description

Description:
The "Mark all as read" button in Team activity notifications is not clearing notifications as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Access Team activity notifications
2. Click "Mark all as read" button
3. Observe that notifications remain uncleared

Expected Result:
All team activity notifications should be marked as read and cleared when clicking the "Mark all as read" button.

Actual Result:
Notifications remain unread/uncleared after clicking the button.

Additional Context:
This prevents users from effectively managing their team activity notifications.
