Button to duplicate feature flags across environments

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We use 3 environments (dev, staging, production), and each time I create a feature flag, I have to manually duplicate it across environments, copying over the feature flag key and description.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be convenient if there was an easy to way to duplicate feature flags across environments. There could be a button with a dropdown with options of which environment to duplicated a feature flag. Clicking an option could open up the feature flag configuration screen on the selected environment with the key and description pre-filled. The user would still have to "save" that flag.
