Feature Request: Cross-project and cross-instance dashboard/insight copying capability

Feature request

Problem:
When managing multiple PostHog projects (Local/Staging/Production etc.) or instances, there's no easy way to copy dashboards and isnights between them. Currently, users must manually recreate dashboards by copying individual insights, which is time-consuming and prone to layout inconsistencies.

Solution:
Add the ability to:

1. Copy entire dashboards between projects within the same instance
2. Export dashboard configurations to clipboard for cross-instance transfer
3. Preserve dashboard layout and settings during transfer

Use Cases:

1. Development workflow: Create and test dashboards in staging before deploying to production
2. Multi-region deployment: Maintain consistent dashboards across different regional instances
3. Template sharing: Share dashboard configurations between teams or organizations

Current Workaround:
Currently copying insights individually by viewing their source, then manually recreating the dashboard layout. This is time-consuming and inefficient.

Additional Context:
This would be particularly valuable for organizations that:

• Follow dev/staging/prod deployment practices
• Operate multiple regional instances
• Want to maintain consistent analytics across environments
