As title, would give a investigation to replace kafka with redpanda（kafka api compatible）, i think there may have a significant performance improve,self host are too much heavy use kafka and clickhouse

i use this to replace rocketMQ on my own project, it's simplicity for maintain

maybe take review to this pr would better
#5845
