No, I did not modify the egg

Expected Behavior

The installation works as it should, but the server cannot be started.

Actual Behavior

It starts, displays “esync: up and running.” and then stops responding and Pterodactyl crashes.

1. Install the server

• I noticed that to make it work, you just have to edit the new “userGroups” fields, removing “Friend” and “Guest”, keeping only “Admin”.
• When setting the QUERY_PORT, Pterodactyl does not update it in the .json file, requiring manual updating.

I tested the egg, and had someone else test it aswell, and i didn't encounter such issues, not with the usergroups. Use the query port to join/see the server in the serverlist.

Will look into the query port not updating, but last time I checked, it did.

Feel free to recommend/PR changes to the egg.

Just to clarify i am using local host for ip address.

Edit:
For @arthurbarret0 notice it did work when removing Friend and Guest.
And for the QUERY_PORT i believe when you removed the sections Friend and Guest Pterodactyl no longer writes to the json file

Tested it again today, on 2 different hosts, and I experience no issues whatsoever. Everything works as expected, all 3 usergroups work. Not sure what the issue might be.
