Did you install from ADF disk images or did you use the extracted files? |

Can you please provide the HD install as a zip file? In your case the contents of E:\EMU\winuae\HDs\Ambermoon_v1.19HD |

This happens when entering the stairs right after defeating the last boss (guru meditation)
