Alejandra Gonzalez-Beltran |
Alejandra is a Research Lecturer at the University of Oxford e-Research Centre and a Junior Research Fellow at Kellogg College, Oxford, UK.
Her research focuses on developing data models, methodologies and software tools for data science, including knowledge management and data analysis. She mainly deals with heterogeneous biological and biomedical data, within the context of the ISA infrastructure, the BioSharing initiative and the STATistical Ontology, engaging with the communities developing standards, promoting awareness and use of standards and best practicies for supporting data sharing, re-use and science reproducibility.
