Ghost assets?

My wallet has several assets in it with a balance of zero.
Does anyone know why this happens and/or how to fix?
I tried -reindex and -rescan multiple times, and the problem persists.

On a windows computer, qt wallet.

Please go to Debug > Console and run the command getblockchaininfo.
The first lines in the response should be like (example from testnet)

 "blocks": 854150,
  "headers": 854150,

So you can see that your chain is synced.
