Current Weather NOT WORKING [Bug: Current]

I enter the code for Voronez, Russia, which is "RSXX0412", it does not give me the weather forecast when updating, the current weather widget remains unresponsive and empty.

I also tired to input the full weather code from weather.com URL for Voronezh, Voronezh, Russia which is "b9f5f149dd507ce04f3807acb17695cff1110b45d47a0f05197367db579642cb", since someone had mentioned it in an closed issue for forecast, but that didn't solve the issue either.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of current weather along with other info as seen below

It looks okay to me. Even in the Russian language looks normal, as well.
Or maybe your OS is outdated.
Mine is Windows 10 Pro 22H2 64-bit (March 2023 Patch Update)
