Just a small question:
is it possible to send the audio output to a fifo directory instead of the alsa output?
That would be very nice, so i could use your service with my multiroom soution.

For those interested, the multi-room solution is very likely Snapcast which uses a named pipe file (/tmp/snapfifo) on the server and can sync sound on multiple clients in the same network.
