[Feature Request] Replaceable Yacht text in header

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I find Portainer too busy, and Yacht is perfect, but unlike Portainer I have to run an instance of Yacht on each server.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to replace the Yacht text in the top left corner of the page with any title I want (in my case, the hostnames of the machines)

Describe alternatives you've considered
I do have the colours of each instance set differently, but I'm still having trouble remembering which is which.
