Add image banner that is clickable without button

Describe the enhancement you'd like
Right now the "image banner" forces you to add a button, if not the image is not clickable. Make a new section "image banner with link" or make the link apply to the whole image.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Either change the image banner section, or add a new section type.

@ludoboludo will this realistically be implemented? If not I think it can be closed.

It might be redundant to make the image itself clickable if there are more options to style and change the looks of the CTA 🤔

There might be some exploration about this. We will need to involve designers too and see if this a UX we want to go with. Nothing planed to tackle it in the upcoming week(s). We can keep this open to have it on our radar.

@gregjotau @ludoboludo It's really necessary with hotjar I see many people clicking on the image and leaving because nothing happens. Button is not enough, users need a clickable image.

@ludoboludo I close this, but I really believe that non-clickable banner and the sold out UI is the 2 things that prevents a lot of "noobs" to use Dawn and unnecessarily jump on other themes. It is really basic to have, and Dawn is so good looking away from those two missing features.
