Membership sites: Add link to image in Feature section

In membership sites, I would like to be able to add a download link to an image in the Feature section. Right now there's only the option to add a direct download of pdf when you click on an image - if the image is added in a text field. But the design of the text field is not as nice as the Features section with three images aligned on a row. Can you pls add that possibility?

I've added a screen grab of how I've put the images in the Feature section on my membership site. I want to be able to click on the image and then a pdf will start to download
