Feature description:
That you can do recurring payments through Pay Pal, not just credit cards.

Why does this matter?
So many of my clients only want Pay Pal! When I joined Simplero 5 years ago I was told this was in process - since then I have done all of my Pay Pal payments manually, thinking this would be working soon. I have not heard an update in a long time.
