Give meta KIs a stable name.

Currently, the meta KIs created in the [MetaKnowledgeBaseImpl](https://github.com/TNO/knowledge-engine/blob/master/smart-connector/src/main/java/eu/knowledge/engine/smartconnector/impl/MetaKnowledgeBaseImpl.java#L92-L166) class do not use the name feature of the Knowledge Interactions (because it was added later). Maybe it is good to give these meta KIs a stable name, because currently they have a URI that contains a hash (check this).

Also think about which properties of a KI we want to include in the meta description using the Knowledge Engine Ontology.
