[Bug]: Tag studio unable to open photos under unknown conditions, after new Win11 update

while im not sure what happened (it just started happening ever since the newest win11 update)

but it seems after awhile of leaving tag studio open for a while (or might be doing things in tag studio)

but anyway after awhile whe trying to open an image in photos (yes only windows photos) it will refuse to open after something happens when the application is left open for awhile and or doing things

(update halfway thru issue, it seems photos is some how hanging and is trying to load the image but it takes awhile for it todo so, and now its not acting up. could also be a tag studio issue where doing other operations breaks image loading, but i dont think so due to just clicking on the image and waiting)

Expected Behavior

tag studio should always be able to open images in photos (granted the image can be opened in photos i n the first place)

Steps to Reproduce

My only idea of how it could of started is the new windows update

this probably isnt the most helpful issue in existence tbh but uh i found weird issue so.. id be nice if it wasn't there and stuff

I remember you had a previous issue (#339) that experienced a similar issue, however both issues seem like they're on Windows Photos' end. In any case, we've changed the command used to open files in default programs on Windows in #667, so hopefully this will already be fixed in the upcoming 9.5 update. Once this update comes out I'd appreciate an update on this issue

@Thecreatre The pre-release for 9.5 was released yesterday if you want to try and see if Windows Photos treats it any differently
