Add filter option to change color of searched text only as opposed to the whole line coloring

Suggested adding an option to colorize only searched text result instead of a whole line containing that text. Such a possibility can be combined with another filter so the line and search pattern can be colored differently. This might greatly improve visualization efficiency.
