One module per test file

Once the 0.35 stuff is mostly done, I'd really like to make all of the test files a self-contained module.

For one, the imports will be much clearer. But also maybe even more usefully I'd really like to be able to selectively run tests with https://github.com/theogf/TestPicker.jl/.
