CompatHelper: bump compat for EvoTrees to 0.17 for package docs, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the EvoTrees package from 0.15, 0.16 to 0.15, 0.16, 0.17 for package docs.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
