[BUG] Improve the naming,meta data and display of the climate projections data

Bug Description

Climate Action or SDG 13 hosts 1029 data sets of climate projections. These data sets are original of three bands and to display in the GeoHub , each dataset was split into their respective bands (3 bands).
An improvement is needed for all these data sets.

Bug Impact

I think most of datasets from World Resource Institute have issues on data processing. There are 1106 datasets according to our tag search.

These datasets were processed incorrectly and they have very bad naming and description. We need to update all name and description (and maybe we need to re-process the datasets again).
