[FEATURE] Add some guideline of data at supported format page

Feature Description

It is better to have some information about data spec which is supported by geohub data pipeline. for example, projection (3857, 4326, etc), encoding (UTF-8) info can be at the page. Or any other information which may help users understand should be there.
