Alpino can only handle one type of apostrophe. Both SASTA and SASTADEV have mechanics to ensure only this variants finds its way to the parser. However, somewhere this fails. The result is double tokens in corrected parse files, probably due to SASTADEV treating extra positions are an extra word token.
