Hi. is there a version with English interface?
Or a file to translate to English and use in program?

Sorry, this project is too old and it's not even designed with a localizable pattern.
If you still want to use it, you may fork and translate by yourself,
or just use the UniFTP.Server library and write a new UI,
or use my UniTranslator (HardCode mode) to translate the exe file.
