Keep versions updated

Next time you release, please ensure the versions are all the same :) Currently,

Palanquin-Bold._n_a_m_e.ttx:      Version 1.0.4
Palanquin-ExtraLight._n_a_m_e.ttx:      Version 1.000
Palanquin-Light._n_a_m_e.ttx:      Version 1.0.4
Palanquin-Medium._n_a_m_e.ttx:      Version 1.0.4
Palanquin-Regular._n_a_m_e.ttx:      Version 1.0.4
Palanquin-SemiBold._n_a_m_e.ttx:      Version 1.0.4
Palanquin-Thin._n_a_m_e.ttx:      Version 1.000

[VanillaandCream]

This is because Palanquin Extra Light was designed much latter and did not
go through the revisions that Palanquin went through.
