This is really just to help development and maintaining.

Do we know exactly which code is on staging and in meta?
When was the last time we deployed to staging?
Are we creating new issues for latest code?

Can we give answers to these questions?

Let's create changelog and start versioning theme to make our lives easier.

Any thoughts?

I'm going to ping few people for discussion @Kenshino @Clorith @ntwb @atachibana @mapk

I think a changelog is the right way to go, or some sort of versioning. Can any of this be handled through Github and allow Git to maintain the versions and the "what changed"? Can we then from Github, push to the other servers?

I've got that in "my head", not written down anywhere though.

My plan is sometime this week to get everything from GitHub committed to meta

(That was also my plan last week BTW, sorry for the delays)

Once I've got that completed then documenting procedures surrounding this area will be beneficial, a changelog for the theme, and another changelog for all the plugins initially sounds good to me.

Yes, @Kenshino did mention that @Clorith had some plans for having this under control soon. So, we can use this issue for planning.

Oh, this would be priceless. I haven't heard of anything similar though.

Perhaps we should just start a changelog in general for the HelpHub project first?

Yes, I think that Changelog is a must. At least for start.
