Failed to report the error for a badly handled typo #2142

I wanted to try out the block-visibility plugin
But I misspelled the plugin name
and got the Report error dialog.

So I typed "Misspell visibility in block-visibility" and got a Failed to report the error dialog

The Report error button is still enabled.

Rather than continue in an infinite loop I followed the instructions
