adding more data to query in get_prop_details()

it looks like get_prop_details() currently gets tax history of the property id and schools nearby the property id. It looks the query is hardcoded to look for this information.

How can one modify the query string to add more data to the query? I was interested in queries for HVAC yes/no , construction materials and interior/exterior features.
