Hi,

Thank you for offering such a wonderful program.

I was wondering if the following features could be added:

If Realtor provides a "For Sale by Owner" status, could it be included in the "listing_type"?
In addition to the "list_price," which represents the current list price, could you also include the original list price? This would allow us to identify properties with price drops.
Could you retrieve expired listings—properties that were listed for sale but did not sell before the listing contract with the real estate agent expired?
