WhatsApp Web downloads vanish

Good evening:)

When trying to download images / files from a chat in the Spider WhatsApp Web app, it just says "downloaded", but Spider

1. doesn't tell where the download location is / there is also no option to specify it
2. the image / file isn't downloading at all, the downloaded file is not showing anywhere in my home folder

maybe this has something to do with the flatpak sandboxing...

Hey! Funny you mention this, but I recently fixed this on the dev branch like two days ago 43d79a0.

Will be pushing a release soon so stay tuned.
