Microphone does not work

When using a web app which tries to access the microphone (for example home assistant assit with its voice assistant pipeline), no permission is granted resulting in an error.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a web app of a website that uses the microphone (e.g. https://mictests.com/)
2. Open it and try to use the mic

Expected Behavior

A portal prompt opens asking the user for permission the first time. After that the mic just works

Actual Behavior

The web app shows an error (if at all, depends on the website) and the mic does not work
