This is me being a grammar pedant, so feel free to close if you just don't care.

This script is the defacto way to enable use of HTML5 sectioning elements...

Defacto is usually spelled "de facto", and a more correct usage would be "the de facto standard way...". HTML5shiv is a totally facto way to enable HTML5 sectioning elements in old IE. But it's the de facto standard.
