How do I come to this repo and go from nothing to installed?

I don't think it matters much right now if that is fully automated - "run this one script" - or a series of commands, as long as the steps are clear on how to do it. They should be part of the README or a similar doc.

It is fair to assume I have some basic tools, maybe docker and bash, terraform would be OK, or cloud provider CLI, or browser. I don't think it is fair to assume I have advanced tools like compilers or debuggers.
