現状タスク内容に(by <userid>)が付く仕様はありますが、
それとは別にDBのスキーマに追加した人のフィールドを作りますか？

権限管理に使えるのでいいと思います。

たとえば他人のtaskでも追加した人ならdelやupdateできたりとか。

delを論理削除にしておけば統計データも計算できたりして面白そうです。
moppさんのタスクの30%はbgnoriさんが追加してる、みたいな。

個人的に一番興味があるのは、createされてからdoneするまでの期間とかですかなぁ
