todo/taskがexpireするようにする。

Warningをだすのか？とかいくつか検討すべき事がある。

着手する前から心が折れる
はっきり言って、task/todo管理の手法が破綻する最大の原因
あと、張り付いていつまでもdoneにならないitem
張り付くかどうかはitemの切り方もあるので
