Hey, so I created the budget tips as an attempt at my first open source contribution. Can I just create a pull request to the main branch or should I create a pull request to a new branch?

I added the functionality just below the welcome banner. And I'm sure the tips can be edited throughout time but I think they are a good starting list of budgeting tips. They were taken from here and are a mix of Canadian and US specific budgeting tips.

Hopefully I pushed correctly. Let me know if I need to push again for some reason.
