Knowledge base profile to be accessible

As a user I want to see the information about the knowledge base, without having access to the contents.

Acceptance criteria

• Profile entity on the knowledge base to be readable by registered/anonymous users when the VC is public

Hello, currently listed VC profiles are inaccessible on dev. @Comoque1 pointed me to this ticket. Let's define what the client should do and mark it as high priority for the next release.
