Error handling calls infinite recursion #5

Hey

While working with this package, I found that ImageManager@errorHandler does not handle the errors.

Even more, if it is called from getImagePath method it is down in the infinite recursion.

UPD: it could happen if jpeg support is not enabled because the error picture also has a jpeg format.
