chore: Update rustaudit module name

Description

The repo/module for parsing Rust binary information has moved to https://github.com/rust-secure-code/go-rustaudit. This PR updates the module name in the syft codebase to reflect this change

Type of change

• Breaking change (please discuss with the team first; Syft is 1.0 software and we won't accept breaking changes without going to 2.0)
• Documentation (updates the documentation)
