It has been a while, maybe new release tag ?

It's almost 10 years since the last tag https://github.com/antirez/linenoise/releases/tag/1.0 and a bunch of little updates happend since then.

Given that Linux/BSD distributions and packagers like to create builds at tag boundaries, this means that a lot of folks are stuck at the old version. But also there is a wild bunch of package releases in various intermediate stages used.

So, I'd like to request a 1.1 tag to simplify the world :)
